Street Rogent in the neighborhood of Clot , was built in 1911 under the guidance of local architects Falques Pere, (author of the streetlamps very famous Paseo de Gracia) and Antoni Falguera (Author remodeling of City Hall in 1929) School presents a facade of brick, decorated with beautiful ceramic details and wrought iron so typical of modernism. To highlight the coat of arms that crowns the building well as the sign of the building, made with " Majolica " a kind of Italian pottery with metallic sheen.
